Order cancellations are accepted within 7 days of placing the order.

Cancellation is not possible if the product has already been shipped or is in transit.

For customized or made-to-order items, cancellations will not be accepted once production has started.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer easy returns & exchanges to ensure your comfort:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be in unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

Return shipping must be initiated by the customer unless the product was defective or damaged.

Exchanges (for size, color, or defect) are processed once the returned product passes quality checks.

No returns/exchanges for international orders or customized items.

Refund Policy

If the order is cancelled (before shipment), the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

If a return is approved after product inspection, refund will be initiated within 7 business days of product receipt.

Refunds for Razorpay transactions will be credited back to the original bank account/card/wallet/UPI used during the purchase.

In case of Razorpay gateway failures or delays, GoFallo is not liable for third-party gateway timelines.
